1. Overview
SensePad is a professional application that allows users to test gamepad controllers, such as DualSense, DualShock, and others via Bluetooth. This app is developed and maintained by Olnikola studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Weekly and Annual Subscriptions
We offer two types of auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Weekly Premium: $2.99/week, includes a 3-day free trial
- Annual Premium: $17.99/year
Trial Period
The weekly subscription includes a free 3-day trial. If not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be charged $2.99 when the trial expires.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use SensePad only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to its features.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in the app, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of Olnikola studio and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, performance, or availability of any specific feature or function.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
