This Privacy Policy explains how Forest Merge: Animal Puzzle (the “App”), operated by Olnikola studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information when you use the App or contact support.
1. Advertising Data
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google’s advertising SDK may collect and process:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it.
- Device and app information, device identifiers, and the advertising identifier (IDFA) when access is authorized.
- Ads shown, ad interactions, and other usage information associated with the advertising service.
- SDK crash reports, diagnostics, and performance information.
What is processed depends on your consent choices, device settings, and the advertising service configuration. Device identifiers and advertising information should not be treated as necessarily anonymous.
See Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure.
2. Why Information Is Used
Advertising information is used to deliver and measure ads, personalize ads where permitted, maintain advertising services, and detect fraud or invalid traffic. Advertising services may perform their own analytics and diagnostics; this is separate from adding a standalone analytics service to the App.
Where required, consent is requested for advertising-related processing. We use support correspondence to respond to requests and investigate issues, based on our legitimate interest in supporting the App and its users. Information may also be processed to meet applicable legal obligations.
3. Tracking and Consent Choices
The App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission through iOS. You can allow or refuse tracking and change the App’s tracking permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking, subject to the options available on your device.
The App also presents an advertising consent request for GDPR-related choices where applicable. This is separate from the ATT request. Refusing ATT permission does not mean that all advertising-related data processing stops. Advertising services may still process information for purposes allowed by your choices and applicable rules.
4. Support Communications
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or technical details you choose to provide. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Please remove personal information from screenshots and do not send passwords, payment card details, or unrelated sensitive information.
5. Service Providers and International Processing
Advertising data is processed by Google and advertising partners involved in delivering or measuring AdMob ads. Support messages are processed through our email provider. These providers may process information outside your country of residence.
Details of Google’s processing, partners, and international safeguards are available in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising information. External sites and services have their own privacy practices.
6. Storage and Retention
Advertising and consent components may store identifiers, consent choices, and cached information on your device. Information held by Google and its advertising partners is retained according to their service settings, policies, and applicable requirements.
We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request, related follow-up, and applicable legal obligations. Removing the App does not automatically delete records already held by advertising providers or in support correspondence.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Contact us to make a request. We may need information to identify the relevant records and may need to work with Google or direct you to its privacy controls for information it manages.
8. Children’s Information
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child’s personal information has been processed inappropriately in connection with the App, contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate steps under applicable law, including contacting a service provider where needed.
9. Security
We use platform and service-provider protections to help safeguard information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App or its data practices change. The updated version will show a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
