Eye Exercises: Vision Training is operated by Olnikola studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Eye Exercises mobile application and any related content, features, and services made available through the application.

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the App Does

Eye Exercises is a guided wellness application designed to help users build short eye exercise routines, follow guided sessions, create custom routines, track activity history, and manage reminders.

The app is intended for general wellness, habit-building, and personal training support.

2. Not Medical Advice

The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The app should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or professional eye care. If you have pain, vision changes, eye disease, or any other medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the app or continuing any exercise routine.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms of Use.

You agree not to:

• use the app in a way that could interfere with its normal operation
• attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the app beyond rights allowed by law
• use the app for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• misuse purchase, restore, or subscription flows

4. Accounts

The app currently does not require a user account to access core features.

Some settings and history are stored locally on your device. Subscription status may be determined through Apple and RevenueCat in connection with in-app purchases.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The app may offer paid products, including auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase.

Current product model:

• weekly subscription
• yearly subscription
• lifetime purchase

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. You can restore eligible purchases through the restore flow provided in the app.

Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Pricing, billing periods, and product availability may vary by territory and may change over time.

6. Apple Billing and Third-Party Platforms

If you purchase a subscription or other digital product through the App Store, Apple handles billing, payment processing, renewals, and certain subscription management functions according to Apple’s terms and policies.

Your use of App Store purchase infrastructure may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms, policies, and purchase rules.

7. License

Subject to these Terms of Use, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, text, graphics, interface, software, branding, and original content, is owned by the app publisher or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

9. Availability and Changes

The app may change over time. Features, pricing, premium access rules, and content may be added, updated, limited, or removed at any time.

We may also modify these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
• the app will meet every personal expectation or health goal
• the app will be free from bugs, delays, or compatibility issues

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app publisher and its affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

These Terms of Use remain in effect while you use the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app, or to certain features, if required by law, technical constraints, abuse prevention needs, or a breach of these Terms of Use.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the app publisher’s place of business or residence, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
